I bought the EcoGumelo to my father “but” offered him under the condition that I would "take care" of it. while I was away, the gumelo spent a few days at his house and then went back to mine. I finally harvested and cooked it. this gourmet mushroom is a very interesting idea. we help to produce the mushroom by spraying it with water simulating a certain level of moisture and in a short time we can follow it development. it grows very quickly and aesthetically is also very interesting to observe it and how nature manifests itself in our kitchen while we do other ordinary things. finally, as my grandfather says, "is all about spice" after cooking, it pass with distinction in the taste test. it´s an experience to repeat and recommend. meanwhile, I will continue to vaporize it and hoping to see a 2nd cycle of growth, it seems that they can go up to 3 cycles.
